A Lacoste Stock Associate plays
a critical role in the store's operational excellence. The Stock
Associate is responsible for maintaining company standards for
organization. This position will assist management in filling and
supporting the sales floor by installing proper replenishment for the sales
team.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the markdown of back-stock items.Maximize all available stock
space to ensure merchandise can be easily accessed by all employees and allow
the store to function at maximum efficiency.Assist management with
transfers utilizing PGI system. Develop a full understanding of stores computer
systems to perform other functions as needed.Protect store assets and
inventory through an awareness of loss prevention procedures. Report violations
to the supervisor. Notify management of suspicious activity in stock areas, on
the selling floor, or by cleaning and guard services.Monitor inventory of key items
and notify manager when stock levels are low.Assist with store maintenance
and housekeeping requirements including flattening and binding cardboard for
nightly pick-up.To be responsible for
maintaining a clean and tidy stockroom.Perform all other duties as
assigned and required.

merchandise checks. Develop a strong knowledge of Lacoste products to help
locate items for customers.Ensure accurate check-in of
merchandise by style, colour, and size.Verify each shipment against
the shipping invoice. Communicate any shipment discrepancies to Store Manager
& Operations Manager in a timely manner to avoid errors in inventory
levels. Complete and file relevant documentation promptly.Ship
customer sends and transfers utilizing the Purolator on-line system.
